We strongly recommend to book in advance via our online web page and its reservation system. You will be asked to pay in advance and pick up the location of the rental. We will prepare your bikes for the selected time on your booking ticket. The bikes will be ready for you at our offices. The waiting time will be of 15 minutes before returning the bikes into the market.
Yes please, we can organize ourselves better and you are sure that the bikes will be ready waiting for you.
Yes you can, but the availability of the bikes will be subject to the current availability.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards, except American Express.
No currently we do not offer children bikes. If an underage (at least 18 years old) child is going to bike, we need the parents’ consent for the rental. The bikes are of different adult sizes. . The biking is at your own responsibility.
You need to choose your location of pick up during your booking:
1. Portoroz office / Obala 55, 6320 Portoroz, Slovenia (open daily from 09:00 – 16:00)
2. Izola Office / Industrijska 6, 6310 Izola, Slovenia (open only for pre-arranged pick-ups only)
3. Koper Office / Ukmarjev trg 7, 6000 Koper, Slovenia (open daily from 09:00 – 16:00 pre-arranged pick-ups only)
No we do not have tandem bikes or chariots.
Bike delivery costs are applied for groups only, if they request the bikes to be delivered on a specific hotel address on the Slovenian Coast.
We do have 1 child seat, please book it in advance, otherwise is not available.
In case you get a flat tyre, you will be given our contact for the emergency assistance. You call us and we will come your way in order to change the bike.
In case you are late, upon return you will be asked to pay for the difference according to our price list.
Our bicycles are all form the same producer, we have two models, male and female of different sizes. If available you can test different bicycles before deciding for the final one. In case there is a limited selection of bikes you can choose just between the available once.
Our team provides you with a map of the local destination and provides the information of the biking routes in the area.
Yes, we do provide the helmets. However in the time of Covid-19, if possible please bring your own gear. Otherwise we will sanitize the helmets prior your use.
Yes we do clean and sanitize the bikes prior each use.
The parking areas differ from the rental location:
1. Portoroz – you can park anywhere alongside the town, but the local parking fee applies. It is payable at the parking machines on the cross walk. Be ready and bring the coins.
2. Izola – in the radius of 200m there are free parking lots when renting the bike. You can easly ask for more directions by the booking
3. Koper – public parking is available by Koper Market, there is a daily parking fee available.
We provide a locker for the time of the rental, one locker for 2 bikes.
In our offices you are able to join the wi-fi networks. We can connect into via WhatsApp or Viber if necessary.

Shore Excursion Topics
You can easily book online, via our online reservation system. Once you select the tour, you will be asking how many participants will join. When the details are completed you will be issued a booking confirmation. You bring your booking confirmation with you to the meeting point. One booking confirmation for the party is enough.
You can easily pay when you make the booking via our online payment system.
Yes, you can book directly via the webpage or contact us and we process your group booking individually. If you request a custom program or other details, we will create your personalized tour and agree on the specific payment terms.
All our prices are quoted in EUROS.
You can reserve immediately or write to us for the reservation. We can hold it up to 30 days before the cruise.
Especially the shore excursions can be booked up to 48 hours before the cruise call in port.
A tailor made tour is a tour that is made and created following your needs. If you have a specific time frame you would like the tour to fit in, we can accommodate that. If the party has some specific interest, we can propose selected sights to suit the needs. Maybe the size of the group is larger or smaller and the standard tours need some changes, we than create a specific itinerary to fit all the requirements.
A private tour is a tour where you do share the transportation and other services with your travel companions. No one else joins the tour.
A shared group tour is a tour that has prescheduled departure time and shared among different guests. It is not exclusive to only one party and one cruise ship in case there are more in the port on the specific day.
Once you exit the terminal building (police control) you will see smaller souvenir and information booths. The first one on your left hand side is the meeting point. The booth has a large green umbrella.
The tip in Slovenia is not compulsory, but if you find the services outstanding you are free to tip as a sign of saying thank you.

A deposit of 30% will be requested at the time of booking confirmation. The difference can be settled before the tour start.
All tours do include transportation expiation are only: bike tours and walking tours.
You can cancel any tour for any reason up to thirty (30) days prior to the date of the tour for a full refund. Within thirty (30) days of the tour date, cancellations are only eligible for a refund if you have experienced a medical emergency or your cruise ship changes port itineraries causing you to miss an excursion. For medical emergencies, documentation from a medical professional is required and must be submitted by email in order for a refund to be processed.
